Ira Becker

Ira Becker is a professional Mix Engineer based in Los Angeles, CA.

His experience includes mixing for both recorded music and film music.

Ira was born in Pasadena, CA and grew up in both Israel and California.

Started his musical journey with the piano and quickly moved to electric guitar.

​

Ira was always fascinated with sound which led him to the realization that his passion was in the making of recorded music.  Ira graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production & Engineering. During his time there, he collaborated with songwriters, film composers, instrumentalists and other artists. 

 

Ira gained experience working on several analog consoles (Neve 88RS, API Legacy Plus & SSL Duality) and outboard gear while working in different commercial recording studios.
